  1. Eligibility for Returns
    You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is defective or damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  1. How to Initiate a Return
    To start a return, please email us at support@soonarafashion.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  2. Return Process
    Once your return request is approved:

  • You will receive a return shipping label or instructions.

  • Pack the item securely and dispatch within 3 days.

  • Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 3–5 business days.

  1. Refund Method
    Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items on sale or marked “Final Sale”

  • Customized or altered products
    These items are not eligible for return unless defective.

  1. Order Cancellations
    Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order is already processed or shipped.

  2. Damages in Transit
    If you receive a damaged product, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
